Has the links amongst organisation culture, leadership teams and success continues has ever captured your attention? I have been thinking about this too. Recently I had an article published in the AANZPA Journal #21 2012. 
 
Using illustrations from my work as a leadership coach, and drawing on J L Moreno's concept of social and cultural atom,  I propose that leaders can shape positive change in their organisation's culture by enacting and modelling progressive behaviors in their relationships with one another and with their staff.
